(If using the app What3Words, use the words ///reckons.loaded.edit  for exact event village location)

Start Time:

**ALL RACE PACKS ARE TO BE COLLECTED ON THE DAY**

Race Pack Collection

All entries will be assigned a number. To collect your number you need to make your way down to the collection desks on Saturday morning. It will take around 15 minutes to collect your number. The earlier you get there, the more efficient we will be on the day. You will only need one number attached to the front of your shirt. If you have your own pins then that would be great but we will have supplies if needed.

Your timing chip will also be in the envelope, this needs to be attached to your shoe as per the instructions on the back of the chip. Please make sure you keep your number on at all times during the race. At the finish you can dispose of your chip (we do not need to collect them back).

We will have queue markers on the floor, so please ensure when queuing you are 2m from another runner.

Collection Times:
7:30 – 8:30am

CHECK ENTRY LIST HERE

When you receive your race packs, please take a couple of minutes to fill out the brief runner Information form which can be found printed on the back of your bib. This will help us greatly in case of an emergency!

Race Start

After the warm up, estimated finish times will be called to the starting pen where our marshals will guide you into a start formation.

Toilets

For this event we will use portable toilets. Lining up for these toilets will be socially distanced.

During the race

There will be marshals all around the course as well as markers for each kilometre. The race will start and finish in the grounds of the beautiful Arley Hall. The race will be lead by an individual on a bike and a lead car. The course is all on road with a short section of gravel at the start/finish.

If you need to overtake on the course please be sure to take a wide berth around the runner in front.
Spitting and nasal clearance during the race is NOT permitted.Spectators

The start and finish will be easily accessible for anyone wanting to come and watch the event. We have plenty of parking. Arley Hall is beautiful and is well worth a walk around afterwards.

Refreshments

There will be water provided at the 5km mark and at the finish line. We recommend staying hydrated in the lead up to the event.

Baggage

Please limit the number of belongings you bring to the event and if possible leave anything in a car.  This is in order to reduce contact between runners and staff. There will be an informal self-service bag drop area within the event village for runners who need it.

After the race

Do NOT stop within the finish area. Please continue through the finish until you pass the medals and are in an open space.

There will be sealed ACTIPH water bottles at the finish for each runner to collect along with your medal, Kind Snack bar and Love Corn which will be laid out on tables for you to help yourself.
