Race Numbers

If you entered on or before the 10th March you will receive your race pack in the post which should arrive by Thursday 19th March; this will include:

  • Race number – you will receive one number to be attached to the front of your top. If you don’t have your own pins, we will have a supply on the day. Please ensure this is visible throughout the race.
  • Timing chip – this should be attached to the laces on your shoe. There are instructions on the back of your chip on how to attach.
  • Race Information – the details you need for race day.

When you receive your race packs, please take a couple of minutes to fill out the brief Runner Information form which can be found printed on the back of your bib. This will help us greatly in case of an emergency, and there are pens available at the registration desks.

Without your chip you will not receive an official time, there will be a £5 charge for lost chips payable on the day that will go to the event charity. If you are expecting your pack in the post and do not receive it by the end of the day on Thursday 7th November please get in touch on [email protected].

If you entered on or after the 11th March you will need to COLLECT your race pack on the morning of the event from the event village.
