ROAD CLOSURES FOR CHESHIRE 10k

Cheshire 10k that will be taking place on Sunday 7th July 2024

Mannings Lane – 07:00-12:00
Picton Gorse Lane – 08:30-11:00
Fox Covert Lane – 08:35-10:40
Wervin Road – 08:40-09:50
Ashwood Lane – 08:45-10:05
Picton Lane – 08:50-10:15
Ash Hey Lane – 08:55-10:40

The race has a start time of 09:00 AM and an expected race finish time of  11:30 AM (detailed timings of race stages will be published closer to the date). We are expecting there to be around 1000 runners participating in the event this year.

In light of this event, there will be traffic management procedures in place on the morning of Sunday 7th July. These procedures have been designed to offer minimal disruption and will be managed by an expert Traffic Management company that will reopen roads as soon as possible and provide appropriate diversions during disrupted times between 8:50am and 10:45am. 

The race has been designed as a single lap course so that roads can be reopened as the last runners pass by. 

RunThrough Events have previous experience of organising mass-participation half marathons such as the iconic Hampton Court Palace Half Marathon which help to raise vast amounts for various charities.
